Our little Mr. Man turned one year old today. I can't believe it. This last year has flown by. David is such a happy kid. He brings so much joy to our family. David is now walking all over the place and I'm sure any day now he's going to take off running. He has two bottom teeth with two top teeth working there way down. He loves to play with his teeth and is constantly running his tongue over them. David loves his big sister. They are such good friends (most of the time =) He sleeps through the night (
YAY!) and is eating big people food. He has also graduated to a big boy seat in the car that faces forward. We are working on transitioning him from the bottle to a
sippy cup, but he loves his
ba, so it may be awhile before he completely gives it up. David jabbers constantly, but still isn't really saying much. We get a lot of
da da's and
ba ba's with a few ma ma's, but it's mostly just gibberish. Brooklyn grew up so fast that it's nice that David has seemed to stay a baby a little bit longer, but they are both getting way too big way to fast. We had a pretty fun day. We didn't really do much because we are partying on Saturday, but we did have a fun outing with Grandma Teri and Uncle Wes. Grandma Teri got both kids Build-a-Bear gift certificates for Christmas so I thought what better occasion to use them. I've wanted to take
Brookie for a while, but just hadn't gotten around to it. David had fun running around and pulling everything off the shelves, but wasn't too interested in his bear.
Brookie on the other hand loved it! She has so much fun picking out her bear and an outfit. It was really a lot of fun. Well, stay tuned for birthday party pictures(Saturday), 1 year stats(Monday) and 1 year pictures (soon). I hope everyone is doing well. Sorry I haven't posted much lately. We've been busy, but at the same time it doesn't feel like we really do much (Dose that even make sense? =) Anyways, Happy birthday

I can't believe he is already one! Time is flying by. We took Colton on Valentine's day to Build a Bear. He actually loved it and now he wont go anywhere without his bear. David got the same bear as Colton. Your kids are so cute. You can tell that they are loved and you are a great mom.
