Such a big boy

David is becoming such a big boy. He amazes me on a daily basis. This past weekend he got his 2nd tooth, started standing on his own and took his first steps. I just can't believe it. We've also been pushing the transition to the sippy cup from the bottle(which I am hoping to get rid of shortly after his birthday). We finally found one he'll drink out of. He jabbers constantly, but we still don't get very many real words out of him. He absolutely refuses to say mom, but I'm getting closer. We've been practicing the mmmmm sound. The words he will say are Dad(of course), uh uh and ba. I swear he has said sis-er (sister) a few times, but I can't get him to say it for anyone else. He is still very much a baby compared to his sister at this age (running around with and extensive vocabulary), but he's becoming such a big boy. I can't believe he is going to be 1 in just 3 short weeks. Where has the time gone? Love you budders!
