I think most of you already know, but for those who don't I'm sorry, I didn't want to jinx it by posting it on the blog. Well, now the announcements are out and we are in the home stretch. We are going to the temple! It's been 5 years in the making, but on our 5th anniversary (November 15th) we will be sealed as a family in the Provo LDS Temple (hence the family pictures taken there recently). It has been a long road, but I know it will be so worth it to see my babies dressed in white (if I can see through the tears that is) and have them and my amazing husband sealed to me forever. I really need to give the credit where it belongs. If it weren't for Brooklyn I don't know if we would be quite where we need to be yet to go. She always reminds us to read our scriptures and say our prayers. Even at 2 she is such an amazing example to all those around her, especially her parents. The girl is going to do many great things. We love you Brookie Brooke! We also want to thank all of you who have helped us along the way, friends and family a like. It hasn't been an easy road, but you have all been there every step of the way and we love each and everyone of you for it.

As soon as I read, "I really need to give credit where it belongs." I knew you were talking about Brookie. She is such a light. It makes me cry every time she sings "I Love to See the Temple," and says, "I goin' to the temple Gramma. I goina be sealed." But then she makes me laugh when she says, "And Gramma will make me a princess dress, and I will be so cute." She is an amazing little girl. I'm getting so excited! I've just got to remember, buy water-proof mascara!!!!

Congratulations!!! The temple has been a big blessing in our lives. Especially when we had Colton and we were having some problems at 29 weeks. Having the knowledge of knowing that he was sealed to us made everything so much easier to deal with. Enjoy every minute of it!!
