January started with a very pregnant mommy and getting ready to welcome our baby boy to the family. Brooklyn was becoming such a big girl sleeping in her own big girl bed and learning to feed herself.

February brought our biggest change of the year, the newest member of our family. Jonathan David Jr joined our family February 19th weighing in at 9 lbs 1 oz and measuring 21 1/2 in. Brooklyn loves her little brother and has been a great big sister. We had a little scare with both kids ending up in the hospital, but everything turned out OK. I also celebrated my 24th birthday.
March was the adjustment month as I adjusted to being a stay at home mom of two kids. We started trying treatments for Brookie's asthma and Uncle Erik came to visit (and ended up staying=).
April was David's first photo shoot with Angel and what a stud he was. Both kids continued to grow, getting more and more cute everyday. We discovered how fun the park can be and spent time with family and friends on the 4wheelers.
June was Brookie's second trip to the hospital putting a damper on a visit from the Giles family. We started some new treatment options and her asthma seems to be well controlled. We made the most of the time we had with Em and family. We spent father's day at the lake and took a few trips to uncle Kay's house to ride horses. There was also the Strawberry day's Rodeo. We also took trips to the Aquarium and Zoo with Grandma Denise.

July was BUSY. 4th of July fun started out the month with parades, fireworks and family time up Payson canyon. Then we were off to Oklahoma to meet Grandpa 'Grape.' Brooklyn also discovered Grandma's 'prinklers' and we showed our town spirit by getting into the Pioneer Day festivities.

August was another busy month. David hit the 6 month mark. I got my wisdom teeth out and then drove to California for Kaylee's 3rd birthday. We also went to the Santaquin rodeo, swimming at grandma Teri's and got sod in our front yard.

September brought a trip to the instacare for a split lip and a full yard of sod.

October gave us a spoiled two year old, more excitements in the health department, a fire fighter for the day and some new family pictures.

Wow! It’s hard to believe all that happened in one short year!! Those cute bundles of scrumptiousness are getting so big. Another funny Brookie conversation:
Brookie: I want pancakes.
Me: I’m making oatmeal pancakes right now.
Brookie: I don’t want oatmeal.
Me: Not oatmeal; oatmeal pancakes.
Brookie: I don’t want oatmeal pancakes; Iwant real food pancakes Grandma.
What a fun way to remember the year--I loved it! It's crazy to see how much Brookie has changed since last January--to say nothing of David!
what a cute way to remeber the year hope next year has a little less trips to the hospital!!!
